This consolidated document includes three agreements: (1) Informed Consent, (2) Legal Liability Waiver, and (3) Privacy Agreement. By checking the required box during enrollment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all three sections below. SECTION 1 — INFORMED CONSENT

1. Services Provided
   • The Shared Altar Space is an online spiritual membership community offered by Ancient Wisdom Ltd., providing weekly group prayer calls, a library of meditations, healing tools, and other resources to support spiritual growth and well-being.
   • Services may include group gatherings, guided practices, educational content, community discussions, and other related offerings, delivered via Kajabi, Zoom, or other online platforms.
   • These practices are designed to promote balance, connection, and personal growth. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical or mental health conditions.
2. Disclaimer
   • The Shared Altar Space, including all live and recorded content, is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from licensed healthcare providers.
   • Neither Jennifer Kreifels nor Mikaila Adame is a licensed physician, psychologist, psychotherapist, or healthcare professional.
   • You are encouraged to consult a licensed healthcare provider for any medical or mental health concerns.
3. Consent for Group Participation
   • You understand that the Shared Altar Space is a group environment where participants may share personal experiences. While members are encouraged to respect confidentiality, Ancient Wisdom Ltd. cannot guarantee that all participants will maintain confidentiality outside the group.
   • You agree to participate respectfully and honor the privacy of other members to the best of your ability.
4. Personal Responsibility
   • It is your responsibility to determine whether participation in the Shared Altar Space is appropriate for you and your circumstances.
   • You agree to take full responsibility for your own emotional and spiritual well-being while participating.
5. Assumption of Risk
   • By participating in this community and its offerings, you assume full responsibility for any physical, emotional, or psychological outcomes that may result.
   • You release Ancient Wisdom Ltd., Jennifer Kreifels, and Mikaila Adame from any claims or liabilities related to your participation.
6. Emergency Clause
   • If you experience a medical or psychological emergency, contact emergency services or a licensed health professional immediately.
7. Acknowledgment
   By accepting this document, you:
   • Acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined above.
   • Confirm your participation is voluntary and that you may discontinue at any time without penalty.

SECTION 2 — LEGAL LIABILITY WAIVER

1. No Medical Claims
   • The Shared Altar Space does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health conditions.
   • Energy healing, meditation, coaching, and other community offerings are complementary practices and not substitutes for medical or psychological care.
2. Scope of Services
   • Services may include spiritual teachings, meditations, group prayer calls, energetic practices, and coaching within a community setting.
   • These services are designed for educational and spiritual purposes only, meaning they are intended to support personal growth, self-awareness, connection, and alignment with one’s own spiritual beliefs and practices. They do not make any promises, warranties, or guarantees of specific results, and they are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or other licensed professional care.
3. Personal Responsibility
   • You are solely responsible for your health and wellness decisions.
4. No Guarantees
   • Outcomes from participation are not guaranteed and will vary for each individual.
5. Assumption of Risk
   • You voluntarily engage with the understanding that you assume all risks associated with participation.
   • You release Ancient Wisdom Ltd., Jennifer Kreifels, and Mikaila Adame from any liability related to participation in the Shared Altar Space.
6. Release of Liability
   • You agree not to hold Ancient Wisdom Ltd., its owners, or any affiliates liable for any claims, damages, or expenses that may arise from participation.
7. Voluntary Participation
   • Your participation is voluntary and you may leave the community at any time without penalty.
8. Severability
   • If any provision of this waiver is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

SECTION 3 — PRIVACY AGREEMENT

1. Information Collected
   • Name, email address, and any information voluntarily shared in community settings.
   • Participation activity (e.g., posts, comments, event attendance).
2. Use of Information
   • To grant access to the Shared Altar Space, manage your membership, and communicate about community offerings.
   • To ensure the safety, integrity, and functionality of the community.
3. Confidentiality
   • While we encourage confidentiality, Ancient Wisdom Ltd. cannot guarantee that other members will not share information outside the community.
   • We may share limited information with trusted team members or contractors for the purpose of delivering the membership experience.
4. Data Security
   • Your information is stored securely within our membership platform and accessed only by authorized personnel.
5. Retention and Deletion
   • We retain your information for the duration of your membership and as legally required thereafter.
6. Your Rights
   • You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting [email protected].

SECTION 4 — GENERAL TERMS

1. Consent to Electronic Records and Signature
   • Checking the consent box during enrollment constitutes your electronic signature and agreement to these terms.
2. Governing Law; Venue
   • This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
3. No Refunds
   • All sales are final. Ancient Wisdom Ltd. maintains a zero-refund policy on all memberships and offerings within the Shared Altar Space. No refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, scheduling conflicts, failure to attend live events, or dissatisfaction with the community or content.
4. Entire Agreement; Updates
   • This document constitutes the full agreement regarding your participation in the Shared Altar Space. We may update it from time to time, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

By checking the required box during enrollment, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Informed Consent, Legal Liability Waiver, Privacy Agreement, and No Refunds Policy for the Shared Altar Space.
