This consolidated document includes three agreements: (1) Informed Consent, (2) Legal Liability Waiver, and (3) Privacy Agreement. By checking the required box during enrollment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all three sections below. SECTION 1 — INFORMED CONSENT

1. Services Provided
   • Ancient Wisdom Ltd. offers complementary and alternative health care sessions, including energy healing, transformational coaching, Akashic Records soul work, and meditation, as well as online courses and digital learning materials. These services may be provided in person, by telephone, or online (e.g., Zoom).
   • These practices are designed to promote balance and well-being. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical or mental health conditions.
2. Disclaimer
   • Energy healing and related services are not substitutes for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from licensed healthcare providers.
   • Neither Jennifer Kreifels nor Mikaila Adame is a licensed physician, psychologist, psychotherapist, or healthcare professional.
   • You are encouraged to consult a licensed healthcare provider for any medical or mental health concerns.
3. Consent for Touch
   • Sessions may involve light touch on a fully clothed body as part of energy therapy techniques.
   • If you prefer a session without physical touch, please notify the practitioner prior to the session.
4. Personal Responsibility
   • It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information about your health and wellness.
   • You agree to inform the practitioners of any changes to your health or medication that may affect the services provided.
5. Assumption of Risk
   • By participating in these services, you assume full responsibility for any physical, emotional, or psychological outcomes that may result.
   • You release Ancient Wisdom Ltd., Jennifer Kreifels, and Mikaila Adame from any claims or liabilities related to your participation.
6. Emergency Clause
   • If you experience a medical or psychological emergency, contact emergency services or a licensed health professional immediately.
7. Acknowledgment
   By accepting this document, you:
   • Acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined above.
   • Confirm your participation is voluntary and that you may discontinue at any time without penalty.

SECTION 2 — LEGAL LIABILITY WAIVER

1. No Medical Claims
   • Mikaila Adame and Jennifer Kreifels, as practitioners of Ancient Wisdom Ltd., do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health conditions.
   • Energy healing, transformational coaching, Akashic Records soul work, and meditation are complementary and alternative practices, not substitutes for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment provided by licensed professionals.
   • Mikaila Adame and Jennifer Kreifels are not licensed medical doctors, psychologists, or mental health professionals.
2. Scope of Services
   • Services may include energy healing techniques, meditation guidance, and transformational coaching aimed at promoting balance and well-being.
   • Energy healing, transformational coaching, and meditation are intended to restore balance in the energy field and release blockages within the body, mind, emotions, consciousness, and spiritual systems. However, these sessions are not substitutes for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Personal Responsibility
   • You are solely responsible for your health and wellness decisions and agree to consult with licensed providers regarding any medical or psychological conditions or concerns.
4. No Guarantees
   • Outcomes of sessions are not guaranteed and may vary for each individual.
5. Assumption of Risk
   • You voluntarily engage in these services with the understanding that you assume any and all risks associated with participation.
   • You release Mikaila Adame, Jennifer Kreifels, and Ancient Wisdom Ltd. from any liability related to physical, emotional, or psychological outcomes resulting from these sessions.
6. Release of Liability
   • You agree not to hold Mikaila Adame, Jennifer Kreifels, or Ancient Wisdom Ltd. liable for any claims, damages, or expenses that may arise from these services, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Voluntary Participation
   • Your participation is entirely voluntary, and you may discontinue sessions at any time without penalty.
8. Emergency Clause
   • If you experience a medical or psychological emergency, contact emergency services or a licensed health professional immediately.
9. Severability
   • If any provision of this waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
10. Parent/Guardian Acknowledgment (Minors)
    • For clients under the age of 18, this waiver must be accepted by a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms on behalf of the minor.

SECTION 3 — PRIVACY AGREEMENT

1. Who We Are (Data Controller)
   • Ancient Wisdom Ltd., owned and operated by Jennifer Kreifels and Mikaila Adame, is the entity responsible for the collection and use of your personal information for the purposes described in this Agreement.
2. Personal Information We Collect
   Depending on your interactions with us, we may collect:
   • Full name
   • Contact information (e.g., phone number, email address, mailing address)
   • Relevant health history or wellness information you choose to share for the purpose of tailoring sessions
   • Payment details (if applicable) processed securely by third-party payment processors
   • Session records and communications related to scheduling and service delivery
3. How We Use Your Information (Purposes and Legal Bases)
   We use your personal information to:
   • Schedule, deliver, and manage sessions (performance of a contract or your request to receive services)
   • Tailor services to your needs (your consent and/or our legitimate interests in providing services)
   • Communicate with you regarding appointments, follow-ups, and relevant offerings (your consent and/or legitimate interests)
   • Maintain records for legal, accounting, and tax purposes (legal obligations)
4. Confidentiality and Sharing
   • We respect your privacy and keep your information confidential.
   • We may share session-relevant information between the business partners of Ancient Wisdom Ltd. (Jennifer Kreifels and Mikaila Adame) for consultation purposes to best serve you.
   • On occasion, and only when necessary, we may consult a trusted mentor for guidance to better serve you. Mentors or consultants will be bound by confidentiality obligations and only minimal, relevant details will be shared.
   • We may disclose information when you provide explicit consent or when required by law, regulation, or legal process.
   • We may use third-party service providers (e.g., Kajabi, email service providers, scheduling tools, and payment processors) to host, process, or store data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and security commitments.
5. International Transfers
   • If you access our services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your home country. We will use appropriate safeguards when required by applicable law.
6. Data Security
   • We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration, including password protections and access controls.
   • While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Data Retention
   • We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When information is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
8. Your Rights
   Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
   • Access, correct, or update your information
   • Withdraw consent for processing where consent is the legal basis
   • Object to or restrict certain processing
   • Request deletion of your data

9. Breach Notification
   • In the unlikely event of a data breach posing a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and/or applicable authorities as required by law.
10. California and International Disclosures (Summary)
    • If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), such as the right to know, delete, and non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
    • If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom (UK), or other jurisdictions with data protection laws such as the GDPR, you may have additional rights, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
11. Changes to this Privacy Agreement
    • We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will post updates with a new Effective Date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted indicates acceptance.

SECTION 4 — GENERAL TERMS

1. Consent to Electronic Records and Signature
   • You agree that checking the consent box (and/or entering your name) constitutes your electronic signature and your agreement to be legally bound by this document, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
2. Governing Law; Venue
   • This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflicts of laws principles. Subject to any agreement to arbitrate, any action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
3. Dispute Resolution
   • Before initiating formal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through informal discussions. Nothing in this clause prevents a party from seeking equitable relief where appropriate.
4. Severability
   • If any provision of this document is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
5. No Refunds
   • All sales are final. Ancient Wisdom Ltd. maintains a zero-refund policy on all services, programs, courses, and digital products without exception. By enrolling or purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, scheduling conflicts, failure to attend a session, or dissatisfaction with the service or product. You are fully responsible for your purchase decision and participation.
6. Entire Agreement; Updates
   • This consolidated document constitutes the entire understanding relating to the topics addressed and supersedes prior or contemporaneous communications on these topics. We may update or modify this document, with changes effective upon posting with a new Effective Date.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
By checking the required box during enrollment, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this consolidated Informed Consent, Legal Liability Waiver, and Privacy Agreement. I understand I may ask questions at any time, my participation is voluntary, and I may discontinue at any time without penalty.
